We Are Hiring -Approval Officer A leading healthcare facility in Ajman is looking for a qualified and motivated Approval Officer to join its Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding and insurance processes, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

requirements and responsibilities

• Medical Coding certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical insurance, approvals, or a similar healthcare role.
• Currently based in Ajman.
• Holds a valid UAE Residence Visa Spouse, Parent, Student, or Own Visa.
• Comfortable working according to the Insurance Department’s split-duty schedule.
• Good computer skills with the ability to work efficiently with digital systems.
• Familiarity with EMR and medical insurance platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in medical approvals, insurance coordination, or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
